The questions every couple asks.
How far in advance should we book?+
For peak Texas wedding season (March–June, September–November), book 6–9 months out. Off-peak weddings can sometimes be booked 2–3 months out. The discovery call is free regardless of date.
Do you travel for destination weddings?+
Yes. Destination weddings outside Dallas–Fort Worth are quoted with travel, lodging, and any per diem. We've filmed in Texas, regional Mexico, and beyond. Tell us where on the discovery call.
How long until we get our film?+
Standard delivery is 4–8 weeks for the cinematic highlight. The Heirloom tier includes a 48-hour social teaser so you have something to share immediately. Rush delivery is available for an added fee.
Will we get the raw footage?+
Raw footage is available as an add-on ($250 hard drive) or as part of a full Raw Footage Buyout (priced to transfer all media rights). Most couples don't need the raw — but if you want it, we deliver it.
What if it rains?+
We pivot. Cinema cameras handle weather, drone flies on the next clear window, and indoor backup plans get scoped on the discovery call. Texas weather doesn't kill weddings — bad planning does.
Do you film LGBTQ+ weddings?+
Absolutely. Every couple, every story, full craft. Always Faithful means always.
What's the deposit?+
50% to lock the date. Remaining balance due one week before the wedding day. We accept ACH, card (industry-standard processing fee), or check.
Can we add packages or change tiers later?+
Yes. Upgrades and add-ons are welcome up to 30 days before the wedding day. Bundle discounts apply when combining add-ons (Proposal + Engagement, Engagement + Wedding Teaser, etc.) — ask on the discovery call.
